Vacuum Smoke Detector 200

Recently I made a smoke machine which seems to work pretty good.
I bought a cheap ($10)tire inflating machine at Harbor Freight, a gallon and quart empty paint cans and clear tubing at Home Depot, a tire valve at Napa and a small bag of charcoal bricketts and a bottle of baby oil.
Drilled holes in the side and top of the big can and put holes along the bottom of the small can. I put the tire valve into the big can side hole and tubing into the hole in it's lid. I soaked a couple of bricketts with baby oil and put them into the small can after I heated them with a propane torch and threw some bits of card board in. I put the quart can into the gallon can and sealed the lid onto the big can, sealing the small can into the larger one.
Then I hooked up the inflating machine onto the tire valve and fired it up.
Works pretty good with the right size tube fittings which came with the inflater. Plenty of smoke. Hooked it up to the brake booster hose.
I also bought a transmission tube funnel so I can smoke test the exhaust system through the rear pipe.
My “smoke machine” is result of looking at a few U tube videos on how to make and use them.
If I was clear on how to post pics here I would do that. But alas...
