Gale, you probably are lacking the ignition switch circuitry, which changed when airbags were introduced in the 240. For anyone to guess at the remedy, you would have to describe in detail to them WHICH wiring harness(es) came over with the 93 engine. Give particular details where connections are made with the black battery bus box screwed to the bracket alongside the old 25A fuel injection fuse on the inner fender -- that's where the power source to those items you mention originates. Did the '93 have fuses on the battery post?
In any event, for you to get any help here, you will need to write a book about exactly what you did wiring-wise.
