92' 240 doesn't want to start/stay running on damp/rainy days 200

This is almost always plug wires. Easy'ish way to test is park it in a dark place. Mist down the wires with a water bottle and watch with the hood up (all lights off) while someone starts it.

Alternative, the crank position sensor and the cap can both be affected by the damp. The CPS if the insulation at the sensor is flaked off and the cap just because.

by the ignition module, do you my the amplifier on the fender behind the battery? If not, between that and the fuel filter, you probably replaced the only two items I have never found to be the cause of running issues on a 240. I used to include the coil in that list but by all reports they are starting to fail...after 20+ years.
