Cooling fan wont turn on when car gets hot 700

----------UPDATE----------

So, my mechanic figured out the issue.

It turned out to be pressure switches on the AC.

I dont understand how that ties in but apparently it does.
He had a parts car and he was able to pop in a some used ones.

Everything works again.
