Lower Trailing arm recommendation :) 200

Are you talking about the front A-arms or the front bushing on the rear trailing arm?

On the front control arms (sometimes A-arms), use SuperPro polyurethane or have original Volvo rubber pressed in. With the quality of Volvo parts these days, I'd opt for poly.

For the front bushing of the rear trailing arm, my advice is DON'T replace it. Poly only contributes to a harsh ride, and I've never seen one degrade.
