Sounds like a AMM issue to me. From my reading, the aftermarket AMM don't always work well. I always use only Bosch. I have had good luck scavenging them from the junkyard.

After warming the car up, shut the engine off and disconnect the AMM. Then start the car with the AMM disconnected. If it runs better with the AMM disconnected then the AMM is not working correctly.
