I was thinking the AMM plug too. Even if it is attached it might be worth removing it, checking the pins condition and reattaching securely. When I had my 240, I carefully dabbed a little dielectric grease on the prongs (pins).

As mentioned, also check all hoses condition and connections. Including the air intake snorkel and accordion hose.
