Nice work SB!
Getting records like yours into searchable form has been my downfall. It results in my missing maintenance intervals, in addition to clumsy searches for "the last time I did" whatever.
If done over, I'd categorize each service into the several systems, i.e. lube, cooling, suspension, body, fuel, ignition, etc. in a spreadsheet. I suspect it will never get done over -- not enough rainy days for that work.
So, your post inspired me to look at the first Volvo I touched - a smurf blue 83 244. I see I was introduced to the biodegradeable engine harness that day, and I misidentified a wire to the temp gauge sensor as a knock sensor.
I did go on to draw boxes around the names of parts I replaced to make it easier to find the "new" parts, and later, kept notes about the origin of both the part replaced and its replacement, e.g. original, used, or brand name.
