1990 240 right vs. left control arm bushings 200

"Could one not mark the relationship of the rear bushing holder to the control arm while the car is sitting, then remove and replace the bushing. Then align the marks, tighten, then re install? Is that what Art has done?"

Yes, that is exactly how I do it. You don't even have to mark anything if you just observe how the arm is positioned with the car's weight on the floor or on ramps. I know I took a picture of that, but I can't find it.

And a +1 on using the same part left and right.
