To make any kind of guess as to how long it will last, you will need to know the rate of the leakage, and also the rate that the leakage is changing, if any. Measure it today and measure it a month from now. That is your base leakage. Measure again after another month to determine if the rate has increased, then extrapolate. If the change is significant, I would be apt to address the issue.
The leakage rate may not change at all. A particle that scratches the seal might leak at a constant rate for a long time.
An anti freeze mixture may be different due to surface tension, but there are about 20 drops of water in a milliliter. A constant leak at 20 drops per day would result in a coolant loss of one liter in approx. every 3 years. I would probably live with that, thinking it's less energy to increase inspection than it is to repair the leak at this point.
I'm assuming you're not a worrier. If you are, that changes everything.
