Another rough idle question 700 1990

i have a 1990 volvo 780 b230ft with 164k. the engine runs good and has plenty of power, but at idle in park it shakes side to side. in gear it seems smooth. the engine isn't misfiring and will rev. just fine. i have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor. cleaned the iac and the intake as maint. not chasing this problem but it is annoying and i'm suprised none of that fixed it. any ideas??
