Things to check

engine and tranny mounts
loose, broken, or soft mounts will allow excessive engine movement when engine is unloaded.

induction leak
small intake manifold leak at head will affect one cylinder and show up more at unloaded idle

compression check wouldn't hurt, if only for peace of mind
