hi-low beam modification/ checking a relay 120-130

My headlight hi-low beam function was modified, so that it was controlled by a flick of the turn signal lever. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I can no longer use my high beams. Can't put the foot dipper switch back in unfortunately.

I'm trying to troubleshoot. All wiring is still connected, and I'm now guessing the problem might be relay related.

Is there an easy way to check and see if the relay is indeed the problem? This one has 6 terminals, I think it came from a 140. Don't have the relay part # on hand.
