hi-low beam modification/ checking a relay 120-130

One of the terminals is powered when the lever is pulled back, even with the lights off - the daytime headlight flash function. Although now that i think about it it really doesn't matter very much if you flash the high or low beams.

You have to run an always-hot wire to another terminal on the relay to get the flash function working. I forget which one - I just looked at a 140 wiring diagram when putting it on my PV.

Those relays do get flaky with age. I had to replace one on my 1800E when it started to not always reliably turn on the hogh beams. Every once n a while you click over and get darkness. Usually a few back-and-forth clicks would get it to work again.
