Tranny Question V90 S90-V90

OK-It's been over 100 tho miles since I had the pan pulled and all cleaned. The tranny is shifting fine and no problems but feel it should have the pan droped and filter and pan cleaned for proper maintance. It was around 30k miles ago that I did the last flush with Mobile 1 syn fluid.
Should I leave well enough alone-or should it be cleaned out again-does the filter need to be replaced as well? What is the corrisponding gasket and filter that fits this car and can it be bought at say Auto Zone or NAPPA?
