Just as an item this tranny is the same as the one used on the toyota supra turbo with around 300hp! So it is very strong. I would just keep the synthetic in it as long as it looks clean and smells good. With the comparatively low hp of the 960/S90 and the added benefit of the synthetic I think you're goood for 100 to 200 thousand miles.
