AUTO shift problems 900 1992

Hello

i have 940 SE Turbo auto my gears shift up is very eratic and hardly ever goes in top gear. In fact to shift up can generally only be achieved by releasing the accelerator pedal. I have recently changed the auto gear oil but this has not altered the problem.
