hello there... i have some problems with my dear old 740GLE estate, in vibrant champagne... despite there being an ambient temperature of 25C, it is impossible to start whilst cold, unless aided by something such as aerostart.

i see there is no cold start injector, and therefore the richer when cold mixture must be related to increased operating time of the injectors, controlled by the ECU. is this correct?

if this is so, why isn't it happening? sensor failure? a fault in the ECU? is this a common failure?
