740 Turbo making noise 700 1988

My car resently started making a strange noise. After accelerating when I take my foot off the pedal I start to hear a winding down noise taht get lowder as the car deccelerates. I have checked all my fluids and they are good. I have also checked my turbo thinking that it might be making the noise. The turbo seem fine. Please, any advice would be welcome.
