No start but get horn & lights S90-V90

Need help:

Problem started as dead battery for no apparent reason after sitting in garage for three weeks. I had to disconnect battery to stop horn & four way flashers which followed very slow engine turn-over. Battery took full charge, reconnected ground on battery, now continue to get intermitten horn & 4-way flashers w/ no turn-over of engine or even solenoid click - WHY? Anybody else have this problem? Apparently there had been a drain on the battery; but no lights left on or doors left open. What might have grounded? - I do hear a click near passenger seat when I try to engage starter but that is all I get, then more horn & 4-way flashers.
