Techron treatment-now vapor lock symtoms 700

87-745T 457,000 miles- Cold starts pretty much OK, hot starts take a few seconds longer, may act like it's not going to start at all. Allowing the pump to "prime" always starts.

Thinking either an injector or check valve leaking? Gas mileage on last 2 tanks was 29.1 and 28.5 (carrying 2 bikes, 2 people and misc. luggage/gear-no more than 65 mph) Seems like that rules out the FPR?

Can the check valve be changed or inspected without disturbing the wiring?

Maybe another Techron treatment to finish the job?

Both pump and injectors are original AFAIK,owned since 1997.

Any other ideas?
