fuel injection 140-160 1974

hello all, i am a "new" volvo owner. i recently bought a 1974 volvo 144 sedan w/b20 k-jetronic fuel injection, 4 speed, manual steering, no a/c...has 200k and so i tuned it up, changed the fuel filter and replaced the intake gasket.
had it running great. then i ran it and now it acts like it is running short of fuel @ idle and light throttle, under full throttle it runs great!!! what is the issue? i pulled off the fuel line "going to" the injector, and cranked the engine...the fuel did not squirt out but merely dribbled out...any quesses????
