no start problem 200 1993

Hello all!

I have a no start problem with my 1993 240 wagon-200k.

This occured in December.
Since then I have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
Just finished replacing timing belt, seals and water pump-thanks Brickboard!
Still isn't starting.

The motor cranks/turns over fine when key turned, but does not start. It's like there is no spark or fuel.
Fuel relay clicks and there is wet gas on the plugs. Checked a plug for spark and am getting that. Fuses are good, no crud!
Checked vacuum hoses for cracks or disconnect. Unplugged AMM.
Alternator, coil, battery, fuel relay and RPM sensor are fairly new.

Followed the FAQ steps for Engine and OBD Diagnostic Codes.
Keep in mind I have had my battery ground disconnected for the past month.
Step 1-Fault Code Retrieval produced no faults.
I skipped step 2-Erasing Fault Codes.
Step 3-System Sensor Signal Test produced no faults.
Step 4-Injection System Component Sequential Test=I heard the fuel injectors and the idle air control solenoid valve being tested, but no sounds after that. So I don't know if the cold start valve was tested.
Step 5-EGR System Test produced 10 separate flashes each 1 second apart, that's all. No noises. So I don't know if the EGR system controller was tested or not. I couldn't find any info regarding ten flashes.
I performed these steps twice.

Any advice is always welcome!
