thinner motor mounts? 140-160

After a long hiatus I am getting back to my PV project, it has 140 suspension so the motor is mounted exactly like a 140 on the 140 crossmember.
However I don't have much clearance and would like to use slightly thinner rubber mounts at the front to drop teh motor a little,at the momment they are about 37mm,about 30mm would be great, preferably slightly stiffer ones as well, in the past I have come across mounts with 3 metal plates and 2 rubber fillings, also preferably something available in New Zealand.
Any ideas or leads ?
