The subject line says it all. Has anyone performed this swap before? I'm assuming you have to find something like a wrecked 760 turbo in order to capture the engine and all supporting systems. The patient is a 1987 780 with a blown head gasket (at least) - victim of overheating. Owner says it runs OK but "Leaks water real bad".
