Steering Column Lock 120-130 1969

I picked up a steering lock kit from a 1969 or 1970 Euro Amazon. It came with most everything, except screws and of course the correct steering column.

I've poured over the diagrams and GCP.se and it appears that I do just need the column. It was suggested by the seller that a 140 steering column could be adapted since they are supposed to use the same lock mechanism.

Does anyone have any insight or experience with the final-year ignition switch setups?
