If you need any pictures of my 69 setup Ill be glad to send. The key for that lock is the same for 140. I got a original blank on ebay for $45.00.Havent got it cut yet.
Wish I could help you on the conversion,Never heard of anyone doing it. You may be the First. Good Luck.
