'87 240...will not fire 200

I dug out a ton of stuff from my engine over the past couple weeks, did the timing belt, had fuel injectors serviced, the whole shebang.

I hook everything back up tonight and crank and crank and crank. It would not catch.

i tested the fuel pressure, about 35 psi, so I know that is good.

any obvious suggestions before i tear my hair out on the wiring harness??
