Power seat died S90-V90

alright, sorry for the double post, but this question is getting no traction in the 900 forum, so maybe a 90er can keep it real. Here's the paste:

Never had a car with power seats before, and this is why I never wanted one: Because they stop working at the most random times. Like tonight! Anyway, wifey drives a 98 V90. She's 5'4" and I'm 6'4" and the driver's seat stopped halfway in between our two memory settings, so NO ONE IS HAPPY.

Here's what's (not) happening: None of the switches can make the chair or the seatback move in any direction. When you push the switches in any direction, you can hear a single little electric sounding "click" come from behind the switch panel. So I assume power is getting to the seat's panel, but I don't know why it's not going anywhere afterward.

I looked through FAQs, but everything seemed like it was dealing with bad seat motors (can't imagine that all the motors went bad at the exact same time) or relays on seats that are in cars much older than mine--we're rockin' the side airbags with 3 memory switches.

Like I said, I'm a power-seat novice, so any help you can throw my way will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
