Locking diff axle ratios? 700

Does anyone know what axle ratios are available in the 700 series solid axles with the auto locking diff?
The one I have in a 92 745 turbo wagon is 3.73:1 but I am looking for options.
I know the 900 series uses independent rear suspension so I am not looking to go that route.
