Overheating 200 1986

Driving home on the freeway. Three-car accident had traffic tied up. I crept along for 30-40 min. at 2 mph in warm weather. Temp gauge moved up, didn't quite hit the red. I cut the A/C and turned on the heater control valve. Temp went back down to normal.

Water pump (Hepu) and thermostat are new. Hoses and coolant are in good shape.

Original radiator has 119k mi. Should I change the radiator?

Thanks.
