Windows Stuck Down and it's 108 -Relay bad? 700 1990

I was opening my windows today to vent my car, and left them partway down. It was 108F here, typical of this time of year, and I left them down for maybe 10 minutes, with the car running.
I came back and went to roll up the passenger window, only to find it wouldn't roll up. It acted like the motor had seized up somehow and worked only to lurch twice.
I tried the switch on the passenger's side too, no movement or noise at all.

Then I found all the windows were frozen. The fuse was fine, but I only checked the one fuse.

I pulled the relay this evening and tested everything for continuity (when closed and whatnot).
I pulled about 85 ohms for the actuator coil, which seems a bit high.

Probably will head to pick and pull tomorrow for another relay, but I don't see anything wrong with this one.

I will check the relay socket, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. This is the small metal relay type, not the big Volvo type that's so notorious for having solder cracks. There aren't any solder trails or anything.

Any help appreciated, even if it's just how to get the windows up for the time being.

Thanks,
Will
