Found the problem -
It was fuse #8. Blown. Probably because I was trying to roll up all 4 windows at once, it was extremely hot, and I might have been trying to roll up one that was closed at the same time.

EDIT!!
Moved my car. Passenger front window went down, wouldn't go up - blew three fuses until it just magically cooperated. Now what??
