T5 conversion 120-130

So I was planning on dropping the M41 O/D that is going into the 1967 (thanks again Paul for the correct date) off for an evaluation and light refreshing when the subject of using a T5 conversion came up on another thread.

How much is there to a T5 conversion? Is there a kit for any bellhousing conversion required etc?
