How much smaller is the T9 Phil? Would that go in without as much cutting. Perhaps just making a new gear stick hole? More likely to need a slot cut in the top with a small raised section on the tunnel back to the gearstick pivot point perhaps. About the same as needed if using the later type Volvo remote extension?
