Overdrive not engaging 120-130

I brought the new (to me) M41 and O/D to a local guy who rebuilds them today since they were already out of the car and it really stinks to have to pull a box after you have installed it.

So the good news is that the gear box appears to be fine, but while the OD
solenoid clicks it isn't showing any oil pressure when engaged. Any ideas
for me? Do I need to walk in circles backwards under a full moon while humming a a Swedish show tune? Thanks!
