Headlight relay on 1998 S90 S90-V90 1998

Hello all, where is the headlight relay located on the 1998 S90? I have searched BB at length and the relay panel behind the ashtray does not match any of the descriptions posted. The driver's side relay panel behind the ashtray is a single row of relays as follows: (L to R) Orange 208A, Black 101B/102E, Silver 210C/211F, and Gold 205D/206G. My headlights and foglamps are not working. The headlights do work when I pull the bright switch back. Thanks for any help you can give.
