VIN/Title Issues 120-130 1968

Sold my 1968 122S Sedan to a nice gall in Florida. Got a message today that FLA is saying the VIN doesn't match the car.

Unsure of what to do, it is the only title I've ever had for the car, it was registered and licensed with it's simple 6-digit VIN. I'm not sure if they looking at the VIN on the plate or the longer one on the fresh air intake. Either way, it is not especially unusual for these things to not match up.

I seem to recall that others have had issues like this before. How were such things straightened out? I'm *way* too far away to check into it personally.
