I think my old starter on my 122s with a B20 is on the way out..It seems to turn the engine over rather slowly so maybe the bearings are shot and creating the drag.. My brother-in-law suggested I put in a new geared starter in my Volvo as he put one in his Austin Healey and he was very happy with it.. My 122s is slow to start so maybe the engine turning over faster will make a big differance.. He also suggested putting in an electronic ignition as well... Anybody have any experiance to share regarding these two updates?? Thanks in advance..
