Header pipe mounting bracket - options 200 1980

Replacing the header pipe on my 1980 245DL, the bracket that supports the header pipe from the bellhousing is the original and is very rusty. The new pipe has a threaded hole - I need to get the old bolt out of the bracket and use a new one. The bracket seems sturdy (the upper part definitely is), but is very rusted and I'll have to take it to a machine shop to get the old bolt out. Is that my best option - I can't find a replacement for the lower half of the bracket (attaches to the upper part with two bolts) for sale and I haven't seen a 240 in the local junkyards for probably 5 years (never were many RWD Volvos here and they've all rusted and been crushed for scrap). Is there a source to buy the lower half of the bracket?
