Header pipe mounting bracket - options 200 1980

I just removed my rusted broken one last night and am having a nut welded onto the plate between the two pipes today, speaking of which. I think you could make that lower bracket if you have a bench vice and a drill, not much to it.
I plan to sandblast and use high temp black paint on mine in that area if not the whole thing.
