Rear Cam Seal Plug

When I put my hand behind the block I can feel the rear cam seal plug on the B230F in my 85 245 actually vibrate. It is actually making a noise as it does it and when I press on it, it will stop. This can't be right!!

So I have the new rear cam seal and valve cover gasket and the flame trap relocation kit on their way.

Can anyone tell me how the seal is replaced?
