Camshaft - when to replace 120-130

Stock B20B carburetted engine with C-cam.

I measured the lift of the valves and found it to be about 9mm for each, except: cylinder #1 exhaust: 5mm; and cylinder #4 inlet: 8½mm. Clearly, one of the lobes is well on its way to going flat, and another seems to be starting.
How critical is it to replace the camshaft early? Do I run any risk by leaving it as is for a while? Taking the head off will be a first for me.
