Broken Plug 200 1978

Have a big problem. Researched a little on this site and found some info but am trying to pose this question again to get some more ideas. I sheared off one of my plugs today. All I have is the ceramic and the hex. The threaded end is still in the head. I am beside myself now. Please help me.
