Broken Plug 200 1978

I thank you all. The car was purchased a couple years ago with a dead odometer and a good guess would put the car at nearly 200K. The plugs are volvo plugs. Got the car from a dealer on a trade so I didnt get much history at all on the car. The car is in very good shape overall. Not an old beater by any stretch. Even though it is not my primary car per se, I do rely a great deal on her. I feel like those plugs have been in for quite a while and there is little chance of getting that remaining piece out. I believe the head will have to come out. Now I have to figure out how to do that. Again, thank you to all that responded.

Just throwing it out there: Do you guys think the plug could possibly be soldered back together? or would it leak too much?
