I'm checking over the FAQ now, and as soon as the engine cools, I'm going to do some exploration.
Wife called me that the low-coolant light came on and the car was leaking coolant.
(BTW... that coolant sensor is the #1 best addition to add to a 940-series. It has saved this car a dozen times at least)
I met her and confirmed that coolant seems to be dripping out from the right side of the engine, well above and behind the water pump.
I traded her for my C70, topped up the coolant and drove the car home.
Arriving at home 30 minutes later, I found that the coolant was down about 1" from the top-off mark. Not end-of-the-world loss, but it certainly needs to be solved
I've got a stainless steel pulsair pipe that's in the way, so I'm not sure where the coolant is getting out. It seems to be forward of spark #1...
I'm *hoping* that the o-ring on the back of the water pump is the culprit, but I'm concerned it's something else... maybe the coolant pipe...
Any thoughts before I tear into it? It need to cool down a bit more before I can do much.
