Windshield wiper return 120-130

I recently bought a straight, virtually rust-free '67 122S (130) to replace the '63 121 I had to get rid of years ago. This is such a GREAT SITE!!! (there was no such thing as the internet when I had the 121).
I'm finding answers to alot of my questions using the "Search" function but can't find anything regarding the windshield wiper blade return - or lack of it. When the blades come to rest they're at about a 30 degree angle to the bottom of the windshield. Is there an adjustment or lubrication or anything that I can do to bring them to rest at a relatively horizontal position? I'm sure I'll get used to, but there's not much windshield to start with - I'd like to keep it a clear as possible.
