No start 200

Went to start my 1990 Volvo 240 this morning and it started for a second then cut out. Now it wont start, I do not hear a buzz coming from the fuel pump or and clicking from the relays. I checked the fuses they are okay. I Believe it to be the relay any input from you guys? Thanks, Mackenzie
