ABS light flashing and engine lunging. 200

Periodically when I start my 1991 240 and put it into D the ABS light will flash in unison with the engine lunging then stopping. When I replace the fuse marked ABS, Shifter in the panel on the side of the drivers compartment (8 amp) or simply take the fuse out and reinserted it the problem will likely stop. The car runs fine when it is moving without any problems with the ABS.

Also sometimes when I turn the headlights on the radio will turn off and the presets will be removed.
