I like the idea of bad grounds but I like looking in the neighborhood of the alternator and both ends of the battery cables.
The radio memory should be on a non-switchable circuit to begin with. If it is, then that points back to the main power supply problem.
This might be on the positive terminal of the battery. Specifically, the small wire over to the terminal block on the fender shall be included in the search.
These could affect the ABS module in the mix of fuse panel feeds you play with.
Worth a shot effort and some LPS 1 or 2 depending on the environment the terminals are located.
